These results gradually fade after 18 to 24 months.
Following surgical penile enhancement, rest is recommended to allow the body to recover. You may return to work, but physical and sexual activity must be avoided for several weeks. Some discomfort and swelling are common after the procedure. This is entirely normal. Your surgeon will explain how to care for the penis during the initial recovery period and may prescribe pain medication. A follow-up appointment will then be scheduled to monitor your recovery and assess the initial results.
The results of penile enhancement vary depending on the chosen method. In both cases, the penis will retain a natural appearance, the shaft will be smooth, and there should be no fat nodules if the procedure is properly performed. With hyaluronic acid injections, you may gain between 3 to 5 centimeters in girth. The results are immediately noticeable both at rest and during erection. The effects last between 18 and 24 months. Further injections will be needed to maintain the result.
With surgical penile enhancement, you may gain between 2 to 3 centimeters in length in the flaccid state only, and between 2 to 5 centimeters in girth. Two rounds of injections are required for the fat to stabilize and for the desired girth to be achieved. The final result becomes visible once the healing process is complete and any bruising or swelling has subsided. This generally takes between 3 and 6 months following the procedure.

The most common complications include infection, bleeding, pain, visible scarring, penile deformity, fat nodules, or erectile dysfunction.
